Midterm 1: on Wednesday, 21 February, in class

  • This semester's first exam is on chapters ???? (this will be updated as the exam date approaches).
  • Previous exams from last fall, last spring and the previous fall.  We do not have answers in electronic format, but if you are unsure, you can ask any of the course personnel.
    • If you are interested in more practice exams, see the exam page from fall '05.  Note that the old exams listed on that page covered the topics in a different order than this semester and the exams listed above.
    • We are using a different textbook than last semester, but the exam topics (and the order they are covered) is the same.

Lab Quiz 1: on Thursday, 22 February, during lab section

  • This semester's first lab quiz will be here.  Note that although the link will be on this page early, it will not work until the appropriate time.

  • 101-E students take the lab quiz on the Sunday following the lab quiz date (i.e. 25 Feb), from 7:00-8:30, from any computer.  The link will be made available at that time.
  • The lab quiz IS open textbook -- only the course textbook (Gaddis' Java book) can be used.
    • You may not use other assignments, even ones you have implemented!
