Free Microsoft SW for you!

As a CS student in our department, you can get free copies of some Microsoft software products through a program called ELMS for MSDNAA. I asked our staff to register each of you, so around Jan 25/26, you should have received a mysterious email with this header info:

Subject: Account Activated!
From: elms_support@e-academy.com

You can use the info in that to login at this link.
Information about what this is and how it works is on the CS department systems info page here. This also explains how to get your password emailed to you -- do that if you can’t find the email mentioned above. Note that your user id is your UVa email address, e.g. mst3k@virginia.edu

What can you get? Here’s the list. Note that the license says (I think) that you can use these as long as you’re a student.

  • Expression Studio 3
  • Office Groove 2007
  • OneNote 2007
